There are four fat soluble vitamins and they work together as an army. A, E, K and D and they do not function well if any one is missing. Carrots contain the first three. Vitamin D? The best place to look for it is the sun and the others help with its absorption. So eating carrots, especially in winter months, will ensure we’ll get as much of vitamin D as possible.
