WHAT IS HPP?

High Pressure Processing (HPP) also known as Pascalisation is a non-thermal process to extend the shelf life of produce without pasteurisation or adding any additives or preservatives. HPP reduces the microbial activity, prolonging the lifespan of the juice, whilst retaining the nutrients and enzymes of the ingredients.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF OUR JUICES?

Our HPP juices will have 1 to 2 months shelf live while our non-HPP range (juice cleanses) will have 3 to 4 days. 

 

WHAT DOES COLD PRESSED MEAN?

Cold pressing fruit and vegetables is a process that involves a slow and gentle squeezing action to extract the juice. Cold pressing provides far greater nutrition retention than traditional juicing methods.
